But amongst the fairy tale archetypes of wronged princess, wicked stepmother, villainous trickster and long-lost princes, you’ll find nuanced meditations on toxic masculinity, jealousy, power, identity, fate, forgiveness and redemption, shot through with breathtaking humanity.

About THE FACTORY
The Factory is an ever evolving creative ensemble dedicated to producing challenging theatre that is inexpensive, and as live as possible.
It works to re-evaluate the traditional modes of conventional theatre-making to create surprising performance experiences that have the potential to be radically different with each outing, and deepen in scope exponentially. In a desire to remain as artistically driven as possible it has developed its own rules of engagement and operational structure, living largely outside of the mainstream theatre industry and questioning many of its common practices.
It develops work over both long and extremely short periods of time employing a combination of weekly exploratory sessions, bursts of intensive rehearsal, and remote training which culminate in productions which might play once only, once a week for a year or more, or in a limited run.
